- Reaches up to 950 °F to make flame-cooked, restaurant-quality pizzas in just 60 seconds.
- The extra large glass door is made with high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass, and features ClearView™ technology, creating an airwash effect that prevents sooty buildup on the glass. You can watch the magic (you know, cheese bubbling, crusts rising, pepperoni crisping, all the good stuff) happen, while keeping the heat in.
- Get instant temperature readings to your phone with the Bluetooth-enabled Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub. Air temperatures inside the oven are displayed automatically so you know when its ready to cook. Use the included digital food probe to take the temperature of meats as they cook, to achieve perfect cooking results every time.
- Karu 2 Pro’s outer coating keeps the elements at bay while the carbon steel shell and densely layered insulation lock in heat as you cook, so Karu 2 Pro will keep on cooking for plenty of seasons to come.
- No cleaning is required - with the high temperatures of the Karu 2 Pro self-cleaning the oven by burning off any food spills to leave your stone clean, and the Fuel Tray can be removed after cooking for easy ash disposal.
